Firing an employee is tough, and the territory comes with emotional fallout, but if it has to be done, you do both yourself and your business a great disservice by putting off the inevitable. Every company has to make tough decisions about staffing; it’s the nature of business. However, if we forget that employees are people, with feelings, fears, concerns and families, we will simply dismiss them (both literally and figuratively).

What should the people say about you
I know it can sound a little paranoid to wonder all the time what everyone is saying about you, but for a business, you really need to keep track of these kinds of things.
The truth about marketing is that no matter how much you plan and no matter how sure you are you can never know with one hundred percent certainty that things will work out. Just when you think you know exactly what people are looking for they have a way of throwing in a curve ball and throwing you off course.

Some of the most powerful leaders in history have been gentle leaders. Think of Mother Teresa. Think of Nelson Mandela. If you lead others in teams or in groupwork, you can be as powerful as these great leaders. By having class and being gentle.
There is a paradox at the heart of facilitation as there is at the heart of all people management; and that is, that to get people to do great things, we, the group leaders, need to allow things to happen, not by doing a lot but by doing as little as possible.
When we get out of people’s way, they have the space to grow. When we stop thinking for them, they start to think for themselves. And when we stop telling them what our solutions are, they come up with the best solutions of all.

Insurance is a form of risk management and can be defined as the transfer of a given risk to an insurance provider in exchange for a premium paid by the insured at regular intervals.
Personal or event risk management is the function of insurance which provides financial cover against an event happening using a system of premiums that are paid by the insured to the insurer. Life in today’s world couldn’t exist without insurance as it covers a person financially should an adverse event like illness or accident happen whereby the insurance underwriter pays out a fixed sum agreed at the beginning of the insurance. A premium is usually paid every month by the insured party to the person accepting the risk which is calculated by working out the actual likelihood of this event occurring, often within a set period of time.
